Note: Circuit des Ardennes
Originally scheduled to take place on August 12th.
However the organizers wanted to change the date in August 27th.
The Italian organizers of the Bologna races protested,
saying that it would spoil their events to have the other so close.
It was finally decided that the Circuit des Ardennes should not take place in 1908,
in consideration of which the Bologna meeting should give way in 1909 to the Belgian race.
