RACE NOTES
 1) Formula Libre race with the sole restriction a limitation on the amount of fuel and oil that
    was consumed.  
 2) The Lombard cars were far from ready but, as the firm was desperate for money they decided to
    start so that they could get the full refund on the fairly large entry fees that had been
    charged.
